Due to our ongoing growth across the Australian and New Zealand market, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Delivery Lead to be a part of this expansion.

As the Delivery Lead you will be responsible for delivering resource-based solutions to Allegis Group’s client base. You will oversee the delivery of services to a company’s clients or consultants. As a Delivery Lead, success means providing a high level of services to clients and consultants to drive our business forward. While focusing on profitability and risk management. The Delivery Lead will be experienced in managing customer relationships and using relationships to provide solutions and recommendations that improve that business offering.  

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for leading IT Delivery teams, supporting the planning, development and implementation of projects. Managing and co-ordinating Allegis Group’s consultants to deliver services and solutions to meet the Client’s requirements.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships with the objective of being a trusted business partner.
  • Equally balancing skills in four key areas:
    • Client Relationship Management
    • Consultant Relationship Management
    • Service Management
    • Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to problem solve and work with SMs to reach solutions for any issues and risks raised within the projects. Present solutions back to the clients and help support implementation.
  • Throughout the service engagement obtain feedback to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost and performance.
  • Management of project financial data to produce accurate financial reporting.
  • Own, understand and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for collecting monthly project status information, capturing issues and risks and any key highlights and production of status reports for monthly management meetings and executive management meetings.

About you:

  • Experience working within the Financial Services sector is preferable but not essential.
  • Previous experience of relationship management across multiple customers/clients is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Success in prioritising work and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates a professional behaviour, with a focus on accuracy of output.
  • Offers advice underpinned by professional knowledge.
  • Initiative to actively seek growth and self-improvement.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and presenting summarised data.
