As part of our exciting growth across the Australian and New Zealand market, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to play a key role in our Brisbane expansion. We boast a strong history in the Brisbane market, with over 20 years of local market experience.
As an Account Lead, you’ll leverage your extensive expertise across diverse sectors including Technology, Mining, Energy, Infrastructure, Financial Services, and both State and Federal Government. Your deep understanding of these industries will enable you to effectively manage and grow our portfolio, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier talent solutions to our clients.
About you:
- Extensive client-facing experience with a strong focus on the technology sector.
- Proven track record of working with both existing and new client opportunities.
- Experience in a collaborative team environment aimed at targeting and winning business/collective sales.
- Strong background in establishing excellent client and candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Team leadership experience in the recruitment industry is desirable.
