Job Description
One of Hong Kong's largest payment services applications. This is a large scale customer facing and high frequency platform. Some exciting internal initiatives include moving from Azure to AWS, B2B Platform, and moving to microservices. Your role would be to join a growing Production Support team to oversee the customer platforms L1/L2 support using tools such as Java, SQL and Azure. Opportunity to also work on development side using Java and gain exposure to interesting systems. Opportunity to grow and learn in this team.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Provide Application Support for L1/L2 issues
Manage application production environment and ensure stability, security and availability
Responsible for driving technical solutions in alignment with the application roadmap and to meeting BU owners’ requirements
Collaborate with the project team and external vendors on application-related project implementation and ongoing operational support
Identify problems and participate in problem management resolution by collecting and tracking data and progress
Maintain environment availability facilitating client activities
Work and coordinate with teams in business and IT
Requirements
4+ Years of overall experience in Production/Application Support
Experience in Cloud (Azure/AWS) preferred but not required
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines preferred but not required
Banking experience preferred but not required
Support experiences
Knowledge in Java and SQL
Good command of Cantonese and English
