Roles and Responsibilities:
As an intern at TEKsystems, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide consultative services to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Support new growth opportunities for TEKsystems and contribute to the development of associated business cases.
- Track sales and key performance goals, reporting results to executive leadership.
- Understand our customers' needs and challenges from a Staffing, Recruitment, and Consulting perspective, offering tailor-made solutions.
- Conduct client presentations, estimation efforts, proposals, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with new clients.
- Build a network of candidates and IT consultants within your specialization.
- Source and introduce junior, middle-level, and senior talents to clients.
- Develop, maintain, and grow your own portfolio of clients.
- Gain expertise within your line of service through market mapping and understanding.

We are seeking individuals who possess:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, or Mandarin.
- Open to Year 3 students or students going to start final year.
- Availability to commit to a full-time schedule of 5 working days per week for 2 consistent months during this summer.
