As a Candidate Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a subject matter expert in the technology domain to help people reach their career goals. 
  • Aligning your candidates' career aspirations with our clients' hiring needs by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. 
  • Building relationships with people in the market through face-to-face, phone, and video meetings 
  • Proactively introducing candidates to clients to uncover new opportunities for them. 
  • Staying up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space 
  • Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive, and friendly culture. 
  • Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and results for the team.
