Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure speed to market
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to successfully shortlist candidates for specific jobs, as well as build candidate networks
- Leverage existing client accounts and candidate relationships to consistently capture relevant and accurate market, industry and business intelligence.
- Establish a clear and strategic business plan to identify key clients and business opportunities.
- Consistently achieving personal targets by driving business revenue
- Being a subject matter expert in the technology domain by delivering market intel to clients and candidates
Recruitment experience is not mandatory, we're looking for individuals who:
