Position Overview:

 

  • This role will work closely with the APAC OD team and local country leadership to maximise learner engagement and adoption across our core sales programs.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about enabling others, who has full end-to-end learning and development experience and who is willing to do whatever it takes to help others succeed and grow.
  • This position involves overseeing and enhancing existing core sales programs; encompassing content management, scheduling, and co-facilitation, while also identifying new opportunities to continue to develop the capabilities and skills of our sales teams.
  • The incumbent must effectively interact with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership, and the Organizational Development (OD) team to construct meaningful blended learning solutions tailored to business requirements, ensuring their effective implementation at the grassroots level.
  • The role mandates a profound understanding of our sales methodologies, coupled with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to continually refine, oversee, and deliver programs throughout the region in line with our business objectives and expansion strategies.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment on initiatives.
  • Collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders locally, regionally and globally.
  • Develop and cofacilitate programs, learning interventions and supporting collateral to build sales capabilities.
  • Take initiative and ownership to action on potential opportunities to enhance L&D offerings.
  • Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Work in an agile environment with a high degree of organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
  • Maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of performance and create appropriate assessment methods to help achievement of learning goals.
  • Evolve and add to learning & development sales pathways on LMS.
  • Promote and use technology to support any organisational change or program.
  • Network and research externally to challenge ‘status quo’, provide alternatives and remain cutting edge.
  • Any other additional tasks as requested by the Leadership Team

 

 

Requirements

  • A strong entrepreneurial work style
  • 2-3 years L&D with Sales & Training experience
  • Strong communication / big personality – someone who can collaborate and partner with multiple stakeholders locally, regionally & globally.
  • Sales: knowledge and evidence of sales capability and sales methodologies
  • L&D: conduct needs analysis, design/development course materials and activities, structured delivery, manages the room and evaluates delivery and impact on performance
  • Recruitment: knowledge of recruitment cycles with the ability to successfully complete the processes of each stage
  • Ensures Accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Communicates Effectively: Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Planned and Aligned: Plans and prioritises work to meet commitments of organisational goals.
  • Balances Stakeholders: Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Action Orientated: Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
