Payroll Manager Position
-Responsible for the daily operation of payroll in Japan, ensuring all payroll activities are executed timely and accurately
-Collaborate with finance and vendors to optimize the payroll process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and professionalism
-Coordinate with payroll vendors in Japan
-Responsible for managing HRIS system's payroll features including MS Excel, processes, and customized data reports implementation
-Assist in the implementation of new payroll setup -Time sheet management for contractors.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to produce and interpret reports
-Proven track record of end-to-end HR payroll processing
-Must have ability to work hands on
-Sound knowledge in Japanese labour laws, tax laws, social insurance and employment insurance
-Familiar with payroll software, HRIS, MS Excel and sensitive to numbers
-Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English
