The Opportunity

Due to our on-going expansion into the Australian and New Zealand market we have exciting opportunities for those looking to explore the staffing and talent solution sector. As a Recruitment Consultant your role will be partnering and delivering into a client base across financial services, banking, e-Commerce, insurance, retail, and infrastructure. 

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Develop strong networks of candidates and understand their specific skills goals and interests
  • Match candidate skills to customer needs and create career opportunities in the market
  • Meet with customers to understand their talent needs
  • Partner with our senior leadership team to execute our sales strategy and goals, as we continue our local growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to further your knowledge and experience of industry best-practice


The Person

  • Prior experience in a customer facing role, be that sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven background of applying yourself and achieving in the fields you have pursued (professional, sporting & academic) 
  • A keen interest in the industries we support and an eagerness to be in sales and consulting. 
  • A team focused mentality and a thirst to learn and develop for the long-term
  • Energetic with a competitive spirit
