Due to our ongoing growth across the Australian and New Zealand market, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to be a fundamental part of our expansion. As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be partnering and delivering into a client base across financial services, government, banking, e-commerce, insurance, retail, infrastructure and more.

About you:

  • Sales Consultant with extensive client facing experience in the recruitment field.
  • Experience in 360 Recruitment.
  • Have a track record of working with both existing and new client opportunities.
  • Have worked in a collaborative team environment focused on targeting and winning business/collective sales.
  • Clear focus and background on establishing great client and candidate experience through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Have team leadership experience in the recruitment industry desirable.
