Responsibilities: 

• Utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract candidates.
• Conducting initial assessments, and screening candidates to determine their suitability for specific positions.
• Present qualified candidates who align with the job brief, prepare them for client interviews.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to successfully shortlist candidates for specific roles and expand candidate pools.
• Establish strong networks of top-tier candidates and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
