We’re looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee our Field Support function, leading a high-performing team while driving operational excellence across the consultant lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Operations Lead, you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering best-in-class operational support across our contracting business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Business Support Associates
- Driving operational excellence across the end-to-end consultant lifecycle (Order to Cash)
- Ensuring contracting, payroll and billing processes are delivered accurately and efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, systems and service delivery
- Leading continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Building strong partnerships with Sales Leaders, Finance, HR, PMO and Operations teams
- Managing operational priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Supporting change management initiatives and embedding new ways of working

- Demonstrated experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes
