The Opportunity

Due to our on-going expansion into the Australian and New Zealand market we have an exciting opportunity to step into our Business Support position with a strong focus in Contracting Administration to work alongside our Business Support Management team in contracting recruitment. Based in our Wellington office, you will be supporting the NZ and QLD onboarding and offboarding aspects of contractor lifecycle including assisting with the creation of contracts, assisting with payroll information, working within our system to update financial information, working closely with our Contractors for approval of timesheets and conduct background checks.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, your responsibilities will include

  • Managing stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships
  • End to end onboarding and offboarding of Services consultants
  • Generate Consultant employment contracts and ensuring all relevant documents are processed
  • Perform background and contract checks, including salary package, and leave entitlements
  • Ensure candidates have a right-to-work and documentation as provided
  • Manage contract extensions
  • Responsible for consultant communications in relation to onbaording, offboarding and payroll matters
  • Support billings team with invoicing process and ensure accurate invoices are billed to the client 
  • Tender submission support
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations when required

The Person

  • Experience within a fast-moving customer service environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional administrational support and customer service for internal and external customers
  • High numerical & communication skills
  • Proven success implementing new processes using own initiative to deliver on requirements
  • Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles and problem solve
