KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide consultative services to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Support new growth opportunities for Allegis Group and contribute to the development of associated business cases
  • Track sales and key performance goals and report results to executive leadership
  • Understand our customers’ needs and challenges from a Staffing, Recruitment and Consulting perspective and offer tailor-made solutions to meet those demands
  • Managing contract negotiations to closure as well as building up your own pipeline
  • Conducting client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with existing customers / consultants, connect with key business executives and stakeholders through meaningful and informative conversations
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with new clients
  • Build up a network of candidate / IT Consulting pool within your specialisation
  • Responsible for sourcing junior, middle-level and senior talents across different channels, to introduce to clients
  • Develop, maintain, and identify potential clients to grow your own portfolio of clients
  • Market mapping, understanding and expertise within line of service

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to fresh graduates looking for a chance to grow in a multinational high performing environment
