Allegis Services New Zealand is seeking a Client Solutions Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving solution sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management with industry experience gained in managed services, professional services, or consulting.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute solution sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including senior leaders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with delivery and consulting services teams to identify and prioritize sales opportunities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
Ensure successful project delivery by working closely with delivery teams to manage client expectations, scope projects, and resolve issues.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies and provide guidance on best practices and innovative solutions to clients.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales team.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on industry trends, best practices, and potential growth opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting sales and account management in a managed or professional services environment.
A proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building and maintaining strong client relationships with a preference for selling into banking and government.
Strong technical background and expertise in one or more areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, or application development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with delivery and consulting services teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and meet client needs
Ability to anticipate market needs and identify potential growth opportunities for the sales business.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant industry qualifications such as MS or AWS certifications.
